INSTRUCTIONS:

TASK 1: We were instructed by Ms. Lilian on our assignments and Module learning outcomes. Afterwards she instructed us on the first task under the module followed by a brief session by INDEED who is the client handling the project "GIVEBACK" which is a campaign by GSK to aware the public regarding the effects of medical waste and promoting people to handover used medical waste such as blister packs and inhalers. Here is the brief slides by INDEED.

My group for this module consists of Jessica, Imran, Shiyun and Latifah. Our first group task was the initial research, empathy map and the problem statement for the project. We held a meeting seperate from class each week and divided the tasks. We first did the research on all the related topic and ideation, and then we worked on MIRO for the empathy map and user personas. After everything we finalised with the Problem statement.

FEEDBACK:

Week 1: First week was only for briefing and making groups. Since most of my group members were not present, we made the group during the week.

Week 2: We showed the initial research, and ideas for the sketches for the artworks. Ms. Lilian gave us some feedback on the sketches and told to make more sketches. She also told to work on the problem statement and the empathy map for task 1.

Week 3: We presented our empathy map, problem statement and research. Ms.Lilian was happy with the result and said the presetation was well organised and reserched.
